Amy Lauren is completely freelance, meaning that all suppliers and advice given is tailed completely to your exact requirements, your theme, style and desires. My job is to make all your dreams a reality, sticking to budget, inspiring and assisting with all your ideas and planning, to ensure your planning process is stress free, organised and managed well so you can enjoy being totally involved throughout the entire process;yet resting assured that all the stress and day coordination is being carried out by someone else. Amy Lauren is dedicated to designing and managing your stress free wedding;for the Bride who craves perfection and the Groom who desires stress free planning.

Amy Lauren is aimed at providing a unique independent service, specialising in couples working hectic schedules needing support, advice and management of the planning process, and for couples having marquee or unique venue weddings and receptions, where no function manager or in-house staff 'exist'– in turn I coordinate and take on these roles (So you don't have too!)

On your day you can be assured that Amy Lauren will be there in the background ensuring everything is planned to perfection, and running to schedule; Amy Lauren liaises with suppliers to ensure that they are prepared and briefed with your expectations, in addition to ensuring the venue is styled, prepared and setup to your exact requirements.

*Correspondence with suppliers to address arrival time and facilities needed *Liaisement of staff and suppliers on the wedding morning *Catering details addressed - final guest numbers, vegetarians, table layout for guests food choices *Drinks Reception drinks and canapés prepared and delivered in good time *Power supplies, lighting, and catering facilities checked and controlled *Table layouts checked, candles lit, name cards and seating plans distributed and set, toilets checked, music controlled *Napkins folded, glasses polished and set on the table, favours distributed on tables, wine, water and juice prepared and distributed on tables prior to wedding breakfast *Final correspondence and job lists from the Bride and Groom
